I get the best cardio workout and exercise routine tips from the "What's Your Workout?" a weekly feature in the Wall Street Journal.
Each week an executive's fitness routine, diet, workout schedule, fitness budget and top tips for others, are shared.
The workouts vary from tap dancing, tri-athlete training, speed-walking, hula-hoop-ing, surfing and more!
I also get great tips from a Company I work with. They have a mandatory evening fitness boot camp in their week-long leadership skills training program.
When I'm facilitating this group, I attend the workouts too. They are hard, but really it's fun and motivating.
It lowers stress, increases mental and emotional endurance, and helps us bring the best of who we are to our work.
