I know I am little late in responding, but thought I'd share mine:
1) Listen to Holiday Music - it really helps puts you in the spirit!
2) Do something nice for someone (smile, card, etc.) Sometimes, its the small things that really count.
3) Start your Christmas Shopping AFTER Christmas for the following year. This has worked for me for many years. I shop throughout the year as I see things on sale and by Christmas all my presents are done and then you can spend the Holiday Season relaxing. :)
