But, I do agree with Rich on his above list...
1. Read thoroughly. You can't get enough of this.
2. Speak. It's always good to talk through what you have learned and teach it or explain it. That's the best way to learn.
3. Listen intently to your peers, colleagues and mentors. You can learn a lot from others..."As iron sharpens iron, so one sharpens another"- Proverbs
