That's a GREAT grab and go option. It fits right in with the four healthy breakfast "must-haves".
Have you tried Greek yogurt? Do you like? I've started getting it - tastes a little bland BUT has a lot more protein and a lot less (none) sugar - which helps me stay fuller longer.
