The Know How You Need & the Tools to Get You There... Get Certified >
by Linda Randazzo
(Miami)
I do hesitate to put myself in the category of expert but here are my answers...
1. Realize I am always learning and can learn from anyone
2. Take on projects that I will see growth as a result (don't play it safe) work hard at preparing to deliver the training, use all available resources
3. Never settle for what you have done yesterday, always looks for ways to improve and "make it better".
4. (I know only 3 but this one is important to me) Get into the shoes of your audience as much as possible before you train them. This will take you out of your comfort zone, but then again that's when you know you are growing.
