My 'swagger' success secret:
I find I feel more confident when I'm prepared. I try to plan each day, the night before.
Cleaning up my desk and making a list of the top 5-6 things that must be accomplished the next day goes a long way toward keeping me focused and helping me feel more prepared and ready for the day, when I walk in in the morning.
My Greatest 'swagger' struggle:
I simply feel like I have too much to do. I get overwhelmed and frustrated and then make mistakes. It can snow-ball from there!
Can everyone improve their 'swagger'?
Definitely.
I believe we are all responsible for our own well-being. And so it is part of our life-job to make our work-job work, as best we can.
Having resources and ideas to help uplift us and renew us daily is essential. (Like your reminders in your Wake Up Eager Newsletter and website! Thanks BTW!!!)
Hey Kimberly!
Thanks for sharing your wisdom!
Love what you said about it being 'part of our life-job to make our work-job work' - great way to put it, and an empowering way to look at things/life and work!
So glad you are a part of the Wake Up Eager Community.
All the Best, and More!
Suzie
